This place is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and the customer service is beyond superb. The rooms are clean spacious with fully functional kitchen. The location is perfect for getting to the beach and other recreational places. Special shout out to J for being so amazing at the front desk!!!!!
Very cute and clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and super quick to get us checked in. There was not any tea or coffee as advertised 24 hours a day in the lobby, but was able to run to a Starbucks close by for tea. Rooms are very spacious and clean. You can hear doors opening and closing all night so not the best sound proofing, but otherwise I nice option.
Great place to stay off the beach. The pool is open until 10. The room has a kitchen and living area while your bed is a loft area. Nice divide.
I slept like a baby. Clean rooms and full kitchen was nice. Customer Service was great! The only thing I was not pleased about was the bathroom downstairs tub drain takes forever to drain the water.
Good location, friendly staff, nice continental breakfast. Good pool and wonderful hot tub. Rooms are clean with a full-size fridge and a dishwasher along with dishes to use.
Overall it was a great experience. Quiet it was that. Slept well. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. This is a must do. Great stuff to see and do. Family welcome.
Rooms were very clean, we had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. They have a pool for guests to swim, free breakfast every morning.
I absolutely enjoyed my 3 night stay at the Palmera Inn and Suites. This place is conveniently located by multiple eateries as well as several beaches. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.
f you are looking for a phenomenal place to stay while in Hilton Head Island, I highly recommend you stay at Palmera Inn & Suites.. Mr. Kevin Stepps of HHGS helped me set up a tour, and I decided to stay because the property and the rooms are OUTSTANDING! There is so much to do here. There are wonderful restaurants and bars as well as shopping within walking distance, and the property is fur baby friendly. There is also access to bicycles and boat rentals nearby. My stay at Palmera Inn & Suites feels like the perfect vacation!
Wow was I impressed. I did read some apparently dated reviews. Everything was great here. No complaints at all. The staff were all great, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Especially Angel. She was my Angel for the day by helping me navigate getting my lost cell phone back. Amazing person. I do wish the staff would have volunteered some helpful info about the area as no one was available at the tour desk ever. For example the free trolly service that begins at 1pm. The day I left of course I was approached. Either way I’d definitely stay here again and is highly recommended.
Stayed here with family for 5 days. Wonderfully updated suites and pool area. Breakfast was a bagged deal but with Covid19, it was nice. Suite had everything we needed to prepare meals except a skillet to make pancakes and bacon. We Will be back!
Perfect amenities …..we had everything we needed and the unit was clean and comfortable. The daily provided breakfast was adequate. Good location though not on the beach. I would definitely book this place again!
What a pleasant surprise. The suites were spacious, comfortable and-in light of the prices on Hilton Head-reasonable. The breakfast which the hotel provided, was very good. The staff was polite and helpful. The area is also full of convenient shopping.This was clearly the best hotel we’ve stayed in during the last 10 years.
Newly renovated! The hotel was amazing and staff was very friendly. The hotel store prices was affordable and property was clean. They even had hot breakfasts.I’ll definitely recommend if your in the area and need a place to stay.
Very clean rooms and looks recently updated. Great breakfast with multiple hot items. I really enjoyed the dog treats at check in and the dog friendly environment. I spoke with the manager during breakfast and he remembered my name when I checked out. I would come back again.
Sheldon at the front desk is very helpful and happy. He provides a great vacation experience. Diamond did a great job providing directions to the beach and recommended we go to the Sea Shack – great local option.
The suite rooms are nice and spacious. The grounds are nicely landscaped, and the interior spaces are clean and inviting. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations. It included the typical fare, plus hot foods. The hot food options were different each of the three days we were there. Would definitely stay here again.!
Quick, friendly and professional check-in. The room was clean, nicely decorated, spacious, with convenient parking and a comfortable bed. We had our dog with us and the green space around the building is nice and clean. We have been coming to HHI for many years and this was our first time to stay overnight here and we would definitely come again.
We’ve been here 3 times this year, a total of 23 days. Always a big, bright, clean room. Great staff from Andrew, Octavio, Shay, Anita and all the other staff members. Great value and pet friendly rooms with a huge area for the pets to do their business. Pool and hot tub are well kept. Breakfast area and food are immaculately clean. We like it here better than the condo we would rent in Shipyard. Can’t wait to come back!!!
The staff is excellent, the rooms were clean & spacious. There was a sliding door to an open field/backyard area with disposal can where we could walk our lab. Breakfast is daily at 7am. Decent selection of choices. Not right on the beach like some hotels, but we were a 5 minute drive to public beach parking/access to Coligny Beach, along with plenty of shopping options. It was a straight shot to the Sea Pines/Harbour Town area. Would definitely stay there again!
